Simply browsing qwasar.ch collects no personal data: audience measurement (Umami) is anonymous and cookieless. We only collect the information you send us voluntarily.
Contact form: name, email address and message. Newsletter: email address and first name if you provide it.
Contact form data is used solely to handle and reply to your request (performance of steps you request). Newsletter subscription relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. The anti-spam protection of the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) is based on our legitimate interest in securing the site.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. To provide certain features, we rely on processors acting on our behalf: Cloudflare Turnstile (form protection), an email service (message delivery) and Sender (newsletter management).
Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the European Union or the United States. Such transfers are only made to countries offering adequate protection or subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Contact form data is not stored in a database: it is used to send an email and kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request. The email address subscribed to the newsletter is kept by Sender until you unsubscribe. The consent cookie is kept for six months if you accept functional cookies, or one day if you decline them.
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
