The websites qwasar.ch and qompta.qwasar.ch as well as the Qompta software are published by Qwasar Gerber RI, a sole proprietorship under Swiss law, registered under IDE CHE-220.801.205. The person responsible for publication is the owner of the business. Full details are given above.
Both websites are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Geneva, Switzerland.
The Qompta source code and installers are distributed by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.
Qompta is Swiss accounting software published by Qwasar Gerber RI. Its source code is public and distributed under the Apache License 2.0 supplemented by the Commons Clause condition: anyone may use, copy, modify and redistribute it free of charge but not sell it. Only the English text of the licence, published with the code, is binding.
All content on these websites (texts, images, graphics, code, structure) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, copy, adaptation or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without the written permission of Qwasar Gerber RI.
The one exception: the Qompta source code is governed by its licence. The name “Qompta” and the related brand elements remain reserved and are not granted by the licence.
Data processing related to the websites and the Qompta software is described in the privacy policy, cookies in the cookie policy. Audience measurement on qwasar.ch (Umami) uses no cookie; qompta.qwasar.ch measures nothing and the software sends no data.
