The contract, the invoice and the liability fall under Swiss law, with a Swiss place of jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, you don’t have to understand a foreign procedure before knowing what you can demand.

What we host runs at Infomaniak, in Geneva: a Swiss company, in Swiss data centres. We use neither AWS, nor Google Cloud, nor Azure, whose parent companies answer to foreign law.

We work in French, German and English. Your trade vocabulary does not need translating twice before it reaches the person writing the code.

A lower hourly rate comes back in round trips, in specifications rewritten three times and in code taken over by another provider. The first quote is not the price of the project.
We do not claim to be the cheapest. We say how long a thing takes, we write it down before starting and the total does not move along the way.
